How it works

One partner from assessment to delivered, fitted equipment

Customs union (SACU)

Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini

  • No customs duty on goods already cleared in South Africa
  • Import VAT is paid in your country (14% Botswana, 15% Namibia, Lesotho and Eswatini)
  • Namibian dollar, loti and lilangeni are pegged 1:1 to the rand - our rand prices carry straight over
  • Delivery in about 1-5 working days

Wider SADC

Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique

  • Import duty applies because our range is imported into South Africa (no SADC origin); we show it separately on every quote
  • VAT 15.5% Zimbabwe, 16% Zambia and Mozambique
  • Quotes in US dollars, kwacha or meticais
  • A local dealer acts as importer of record where licences apply (for example furniture in Zimbabwe)

Tax, duty and permit notes are indicative (October 2026) and confirmed per shipment with a licensed clearing agent.
