Contact details you give us on forms (name, email, phone, company) to respond to your request; screening answers and results to produce your report; booking and order details to deliver services and products.

Screening results may include information about discomfort or pain. Where this is health information, we process it only with your consent and only to provide the service you asked for.

Every form asks for your consent to process the information for the stated purpose. Marketing is a separate, optional opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time.

When your employer runs a campaign, your employer sees department-level and aggregated results. Individual results are shared with your employer only as described in the campaign notice you accept before starting.

We share information only with service providers who help us deliver the service (for example hosting, assessors and our clinical partner Advanced Physical Therapy) under written agreements. Production data will be hosted in South Africa where possible.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
